The focus is on warming foods because childbirth significantly depletes the body’s energy (ojas), weakens digestion (agni), and increases vata dosha, which governs movement and dryness in the body.

We are committed to creating weekly meal plans that focus on the key nutrients needed for postpartum recovery. Each recipe is carefully designed to support milk production, healing, and overall well-being for both mother and baby.

Guided by Ayurvedic nutritional principles, our meal plans include warming soups and porridges to aid digestion, along with soothing teas and nourishing milks to promote balance, restore energy, and support hormonal harmony.
